Oba Femi and Wes Lee agree to meet one-on-one for the NXT North American Title.
On the June 18 WWE NXT, Oba Femi addressed his dominant reign as WWE NXT North American Title. When he asked who believed they could beat him, Wes Lee arrived on the scene. Lee had previously had a shot at the WWE NXT North American Title as part of a Triple Threat Match that included Joe Coffey at WWE NXT Battleground.
Lee was never pinned in that match and as a result, requested a one-on-one shot. Femi granted Lee this opportunity but not without the caveat that this would be Lee's only chance at the North American Championship while Oba is champion.
