Big bout set for the July 17th episode of AEW Dynamite.
Will Ospreay opened the July 10th episode of AEW Dynamite, addressing MJF and his actions last Wednesday when he sent Daniel Garcia to the hospital. Ospreay said that Garcia has no idea when, or if, he'll come back to wrestling.
Ospreay continued by saying that the bidding war of 2024 didn't go MJF's way because Tony Khan spent his money on guys that will elevate AEW instead of bury it. He said that Ospreay reminded fans of what AEW used to be, and that since he's arrived, he's been cleaning up the mess left by MJF.
Ospreay challenged MJF to come out and fight him, but MJF appeared on the video screen. MJF said that the fans would soon forget about Ospreay and cheer for the next guy who does flips. MJF challenge Ospreay to defend the AEW International Title against him on the July 17th episode of AEW Dynamite.
Ospreay agreed. Bitch.
