Will Ospreay Wants ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm, Mercedes Moné, Athena & Red Velvet On Future Pro-Wrestling: EVE Shows

Ospreay spoke more in-depth about a potential return for Toni Storm.

One of the producers for the UK-based Pro-Wrestling: EVE promotion is Will Ospreay. He is making the media rounds to promote Wrestle Queendom 8 on March 8th.

One of his stops was a chat with Pep Shop Collectibles. Ospreay named ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm, Mercedes Moné, Athena, and Red Velvet as talents he’d like to see on future EVE shows.

On the Toni Storm front, he said there have been a few attempts to get her to return to EVE, but the dates did not line up.

“Haven’t been before is a hard one,” Ospreay said when asked which wrestlers he’d like to see debut for EVE. “Athena definitely sticks out in my mind. Obviously, we really would love to have Mercedes Moné come down. Someone that I would have loved to return to EVE and we tried so hard to be able to do it — the dates did not work out — we would really love Toni Storm to come back. Toni was such a huge staple for EVE… It would have been amazing to have her come down and do one more show for EVE, especially in the incarnation that she is now. Doesn’t work out but it doesn’t mean that it’s a no forever. It just means we need to reevaluate dates and offer some more…

One more. Red Velvet as well. I’ve been a real big fan of her. I think she has such charisma and aura and she knows how to just conduct a crowd. I would love to see her in The Big Penny.”

Ospreay is recovering from neck surgery that he underwent in 2025. Vignettes about his recovery have been airing on AEW TV.
