The Women's Tag Team Titles will be on the line next Friday.
On the Throwback Edition of WWE SmackDown, it was announced that Natalya and Tamina would challenge Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler for their Championship belts on May 14th. The two teams have been feuding since the start of April, even facing off at WrestleMania 37.
Despite their loss at WWE's annual spectacular, Natalya and Tamina have earned their way back into the title picture by defeating the champions both in singles action and in a tag team match on April 30th. Tamina and Nia Jax have been having familial issues to boot, with the former giving an impassioned promo on Talking Smack saying that she is tired of being disrespected.
Tonight, Tamina faced off with Reginald and appeared on the path to victory, but was attacked by Baszler and Jax. She was left laying on the outside of the ring after Nia Samoan Dropped her into the barricade.
