- Speaking with Digital Spy, Lana was asked about Nia Jax's "MY HOLE" reaction during their Tables Match on February 8, 2021. She said the following:

"I'm glad that I hurt her hole! Lana finds unconventional ways to win and she's a survivor but sometimes you have to be innovative. Thank god she hurt her hole and I was able to capitalize off of that, I think it's hysterical."

- The WWE Women's Championship Match is set to open WWE's Fastlane PPV.

So it made me eventually really start analyzing my matches, picking them apart and seeing what I can do better and I just started understanding things better.”

He said he was working in the UK and he and a friend formed a team called the Calamari Catch Kings. They were inspired because both of them used an Octopus Stretch, but nothing good rhymed with Octopus. When he came back to the States his gear still had the squid logo so he transitioned into being The Octopus.
