WrestleMania 42 Saturday On ESPN2 And WrestleMania 42 Sunday On ESPN Viewership Numbers

WrestleMania 42 was the first WrestleMania to air on the new ESPN Unlimited app, but fans got an extra taste of the event on ESPN2 and ESPN.
On Saturday, the first hour of WrestleMania 42 aired on ESPN2 with matches including The Usos (Jey Uso & Jimmy Uso) & LA Knight taking on IShowSpeed, Logan Paul, & Austin Theory and Drew McIntyre battling Jacob Fatu.
On Sunday, the first hour of WrestleMania 42 aired on ESPN with Oba Femi beating Brock Lesnar and Penta retaining the WWE Intercontinental Championship in a ladder match.
According to Ryan Glasspiegel of Front Office Sports, night one on ESPN2 drew 1.62 million viewers and night two on ESPN drew 1.82 million viewers.
Both nights were up against the NBA and NHL playoffs.
WWE stated that night one was the most viewed program on ESPN2 this year while night two was the most viewed program on ESPN for the weekend.
