Wrestling World Reacts To WWE Sign Guy Rick Achberger’s Passing
The wrestling world reacts to the passing of Rick Achberger, also known as the WWE Sign Guy.
Rick Achberger was known for coming up with creative signs at wrestling shows. He wore his signature blue workman shirt and a red hat while attending these wrestling shows. Over the years, Achberger has created signs for countless wrestlers, with many of them personally interacting with him as well.
On September 27, it was announced that Achberger had passed away. Tributes have poured in on social media for the fan known as the WWE Sign Guy. Some of the reactions are below:

Sad to learn of the death of Rick Achberger, known as "WWE Sign Guy" by most. Rick was a great guy in general. He was also the best wrestling fan you could ask for. WWE Sign Guy got me good at a house show once. It was during my Gregory Helms run, he had a sign that read “HELMS IS GOD.” As I went to acknowledge that, he unfolded the rest of the sign so that it read “HELMS IS GOD … AWFUL.” 🤣

I watched Sign Guy when I was just a kid, I even remember him being interviewed on WWE Confidential.
