WWE continues to cut costs in the wake of COVID-19.

Now, according to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, cost effective measures are continuing and company executives and officials received notice that they would be facing pay cuts due to the pandemic and its affects on the company’s business.

Fightful has been able to confirm these reports.

As part of a press release last month when the WWE announced its Q1 earnings, WWE announced more ways that they would be making cost-effective decisions to help level the balance after the Coronavirus pandemic was seen to be making a great impact on business.

These measures included among other things, deferring spend on the build out of the Company’s new headquarters for at least six months and making the above-mentioned talent cuts.

Fightful will continue to update this story as more information is made available.
