- In the main event, Rhea Ripley defeated Nia Jax to retain the WWE Women's World Championship, sharing a moment with her family in the aftermath. On Twitter, Ripley said this moment was for Demi Bennett. For those unaware, Demi Bennett is her real name.

- Triple H also had high praise for Mami, saying that she is a main eventer anywhere in the world.

- Zelina Vega was proud of all who performed at WWE Elimination Chamber.

- Kairi Sane and Asuka defended the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship against a very game Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae in the only match held prior to the official start of WWE Elimination Chamber.

- Randy Orton broke Chris Jericho's record for the most appearances ever in an Elimination Chamber. Randy Orton has now competed in 9 Elimination Chambers.

- Randy was eliminated tonight by Drew McIntyre after Logan Paul hit him with brass knuckles. This did not make Samantha Irvin happy.
