WWE Elimination Chamber Returning

After a nearly two-year hiatus, the Elimination Chamber is making its way back to the WWE.

Though not confirmed by the company just yet, the official Facebook page for Talking Stick Resort Arena announced that the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View event will return in 2017. No other details are known, including what brand will present the event, but that information is allegedly "coming soon".

The WWE last put on an Elimination Chamber event on May 31, 2015. The event featured a debuting Kevin Owens taking on John Cena as well as two chamber matches for the WWE Tag Team Championship and the Intercontinental Championship.

The match received its own PPV in 2010 after being used sporadically since its inception in 2002. It became an annual event six years ago as the last PPV stop before WrestleMania until 2015's installment which came during the period between WrestleMania and SummerSlam.
