Kevin Dunn has offloaded part of his WWE stock.
According to a December 3 SEC filing, WWE executive producer Dunn sold 30,000 shares of Class A common stock at $44.79 per share. That comes out to a total of $1.343 million worth of shares. Dunn still has 73,811 worth of shares to his name.
Dunn previously sold a portion of his stock in July. At that time, he sold 21,809 shares at $46.26, which is roughly $1,008,884.
