WWE Files New Trademarks For Randy Orton And The Undertaker

WWE has filed new trademarks pertaining to The Undertaker and Randy Orton.

On Mar. 4, the company filed to trademark "The Deadman" and "The Phenom." Both are nicknames of The Undertaker.

WWE previously filed to trademark "The Phenom" on September 23, 2019. It is unclear why they filed a new trademark. The description for both trademarks reads as followed:

IC 041. US 100 101 107. G & S: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network

On Mar. 5, WWE filed to trademark "Apex Predator," which is a nickname for Randy Orton. The description reads:

IC 041. US 100 101 107. G & S: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal

WWE recently filed a trademark on "The Mechanics," which was the original team name for The Revival.
