On March 7, WWE filed to trademark "Shawn Spears," "Dijak," and "Berto."

Berto is the revamped and extremely shortened name of Humberto Carrillo, who is currently a part of the WWE Smackdown brand as part of the Legado Del Fantasma faction.

Dijak is currently a member of the WWE NXT brand. He previously wrestled in WWE as "Dominik Dijakovic" and "T-BAR".
