This is the Fightful.com live coverage for tonight's episode of WWE NXT. Tonight we have a great show as two championships are on the line when SANITY defend their NXT Tag Team Championship against Undisputed Era's reDRagon and Pete Dunne defends the WWE United Kingdom Championship against former champion Tyler Bate. WWE NXT Tag Team Championship Match
SANITY (Eric Young & Killian Dain (c) vs Undisputed Era (Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly)
Dain and Bobby start the match off before Fish tags Kyle in, Kyle backing into the ropes before tagging Bobby back in. Bobby tries to put a sleeper on Dain only for him to toss him away and onto the floor. Dain hits a splash in the corner before Eric tags in and drops Kyle with a right hand when he catches a kick. Kyle rolls out of the ring before he gets back in the ring and Eric clotheslines and drops him with a right hand. Fish then sends Eric off of the apron and to the floor as we go to commercial.
Fish and O'Reilly are in control as we come back from commercial, double teaming Eric in their corner and tagging in and out while focusing on his leg for a quick two count. Eric tries to fight his way over to his corner only to be hit with a knee in midair, then Eric hits a swinging neckbreaker before sending both Fish and O'Reilly out of the ring. Dain finally comes in and takes out both Fish and O'Reilly with a clothesline and a series of splashes before finishing with a running senton dropkick. Dain hit a Michinoku driver for a near fall before tagging Eric back in and Eric powerbombs Kyle before Adam Cole shows up and sends Eric off of the top. Kyle hits an axe kick for a near fall before Eric hits Youngblood for a near fall of his own.
Eric then hits a tope to the outside and takes Adam out before he gets back in and Kyle and Bobby hit him with Total Elimination for the pin and the win.
Winner: Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly defeat SANITY via pinfall with Total Elimination to become the new WWE NXT Tag Team champions.
Lars Sullivan vs Roderick Strong
Strong immediately goes after Lars only to be knocked away, then Lars turns him inside out with a lariat before dropping him with a knee and beating on him in the corner. Lars hits a running clothesline on the corner before picking him up and tossing him across the ring for a quick two count. Lars puts Strong in a bear hug that Strong fights out of, trying to drop him, but he can't, then hits a series of forearms that sends Lars out of the ring. Lars is immediately back on the apron before Strong hits a superplex for a one count. Lars clotheslines Strong before Strong hits an Olympic slam for a quick two count. Lars then hits a pop-up powerslam and the Freak Accident for the pin and the win.
Winner: Lars Sullivan via pinfall
WWE United Kingdom Championship Match
Pete Dunne (c) vs Tyler Bate
They lock up to start the match before Pete takes Tyler down and immediately focuses on joint manipulation before Tyler takes him down and does the same thing. Pete reverses Tyler and takes him back down before putting a head scissor on him and elbowing him in the midsection until Tyler escapes. They do a test of strength that Pete wins before putting Tyler in a wheelbarrow hold, then Tyler escapes and dropkicks Pete into the corner. Pete takes Tyler back down and tries to pin his wrists to the ground for a series of quick two counts, then backs into the ropes for the break once Tyler gets back to his feet. Pete takes Tyler down once more and focuses on his ankle before Tyler stands on his head and spins to get free.
Tyler sends Pete out of the ring before Pete drops him with a forearm when he goes out after him, then they stomp on each other's hands by placing them on top of the steps. Pete hits a suplex off of the steps and to the floor before they get back in the ring and Pete starts stomping on Tyler and kicking him in the back. Tyler fights out of a rear chin lock before trying to exchange forearms with Pete, but he just beats him down and snaps his fingers. Pete pins Tyler's wrist to the mat before stomping on it, then kicks Tyler in the face repeatedly with a wrist lock applied. Tyler comes back with a suplex before hitting a running European uppercut in the corner, then counters the Bitter End into a standing moonsault for a near fall.
Tyler hits a rolling kick before Pete counters the Tyler Driver '97 into a triangle armbar that Tyler fights out of before Tyler puts Pete in an airplane spin for a near fall. Pete goes out onto the apron before Tyler suplexes him back into the ring for a near fall before they try to beat each other down, neither letting go of the wrist lock before Pete hits the Bitter End for a very close near fall. Pete catches Tyler coming off of the top and hits him with a forearm in midair before hitting a release suplex into a sit-out powerbomb for another near fall. Tyler then hits a swanton bomb for yet another near fall before Pete kicks out of the Tyler Driver '97 and hits the Bitter End for the pin and the win.
Winner: Pete Dunne defends his WWE United Kingdom Championship and wins via pinfall with the Bitter End to defeat Tyler Bate.
