In Friday's NXT injury report, Matt Camp stated, the rumors surrounding O'Reilly's status were "highly inaccurate" and "not properly fact checked." Camp said O'Reilly suffered a neck injury and is currently not medically cleared. "Any reports that did not specifically come from WWE are simply untrue," he said in closing.

Taking to social media on Thursday, O'Reilly posted an update on his status. You can find his posts by clicking here.

Elsewhere on the NXT injury report, Io Shirai suffered facial injuries after being blindsided by Toni Storm during a photoshoot. She is listed as day-to-day. Plus, Leon Ruff suffered back and neck injuries at the hands of Isaiah "Swerve" Scott, but is medically cleared.
