WWE Raw 7/16 Viewership Bounces Back After Record Low

The Raw after Extreme Rules supported higher viewership.

There was an ultimatum to resolve the issue between Brock Lesnar and WWE made by Raw General Manager during Extreme Rules. The next night, Raw had some of the highest rating since WrestleMania season. All three hours were higher than the respective hours last week which was a historic low in viewership for Raw.

According to ShowBuzz Daily, the viewership for Raw this week looked like the following. 

Hour 1: 3,118,000 viewers with 1.03 in the 18-49 year old demographic.

Hour 2: 2,859,000 viewers with .95 in the 18-49 year old demographic.

Hour 3: 2,622,000 viewers with .90 in the 18-49 year old demographic

With the MLB All Star weekend in full swing, Raw was hurt in the rankings by the Homerun Derby and Celebrity Softball Game. Usually all three hours are in the top five but the third hour of Raw was pushed to sixth this week. 

On YouTube, Ronda Rousey attacking Alexa Bliss and then being scheduled for a Championship match broke 2 million views. Kurt Angle confronting Paul Heyman about Lesnar received 1 million views and the two triple threat matches were around 800,000 views.
