WWE.com posted a rather curious preview of the ongoing feud between The Revival and The Usos.
The past Monday on Raw, The Usos exposed The Revival in a back shaving incident. You can view the segment in the video above. The Revival would go on to lose to Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins later in the night. In a preview for this week's episode of Raw, WWE wrote the following:
Okay, so the headline shouldn?t have been that The Revival shave each other?s backs in the shower, but the mildly embarrassing footage obtained by The Usos was still enough to unman the ?Top Guys? when all was said and done. The Usos now have a psychological edge in this young rivalry, and in order to catch up to their rivals, the former Raw Tag Team Champions have to either develop thicker skin or finish out their business between the ropes in a way they couldn?t this past week against Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins in what was otherwise a very impressive performance. In other words, this could be the beginning of a whole new Revival or the first humiliation of many. The choice is up to them.
The last two lines have struck a chord with fans online as it's no secret that Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder are frustrated with their standing in the company. They reportedly turned down a five-year deal worth $500,000 per year. Many have viewed WWE's preview as a petty threat leveled against the former Raw Tag Team Champions.
The situation has caught the attention of some possible sponsors, so it's not all bad news.
Dash would also reply to the veiled threat.
At Monday's Raw, The Revival were a part of the back shaving segment, got beat by Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder, and got double Curb Stomped by Seth Rollins after the show.
