Monday Night Raw viewership fell this week on a night that would see many matches announced for both WWE Fastlane and WWE WrestleMania 37.
According to Showbuzz Daily, the March 15 episode of Raw averaged 1.843 million viewers, which is down from the 1.896 million viewers the March 8 episode drew.
This episode was quite a newsworthy one as it was announced that Drew McIntyre would challenge Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania this year. Also, it was announced that AJ Styles and Omos will receive a WWE Raw Tag Team Championship opportunity at WrestleMania this year.
In addition to this, it was announced for this Sunday's pay-per-view that Sheamus will face Drew McIntyre, and Shane McMahon will face Braun Strowman. Finally, it was also announced that Randy Orton will face Alexa Bliss this Sunday.
