WWE SmackDown 11/8 Viewership Up From Week Prior

SmackDown viewership goes up.

According to the overnight numbers released by Showbuzz Daily, the November 8 episode of SmackDown averaged 2.617 million viewers, nearly a 100,000 viewers more than last week's episode which did 2.543 million viewers.

The show did slightly better in the ratings within the 18-49 demographic, averaging a 0.85 rating compared to the 0.8 rating the previous week drew. As it has been the case with FOX throughout its early run with WWE, SmackDown was the highest-rated program in the 18-49 demographic in all programming from FOX, NBC, ABC, CBS and CW during primetime.

This most recent episode took place in Manchester, England and was actually taped earlier in the day. The November 11 episode of Monday Night Raw was also taped on November 8 right after the SmackDown tapings.

Hour 1: 2.725 million viewers, 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic

Hour 2: 2.510 million viewers, 0.8 rating in the 18-49 demographic
