WWE SmackDown (8/15) Records Small Dip In Viewership Against More NFL Preseason Action
WWE SmackDown viewership information for the August 15, 2025 episode.
Programming Insider reports that WWE SmackDown on August 15 drew 1.430 million viewers on USA Network. This number is down from the 1.544 million viewers the show drew on Friday, August 8.
Friday’s episode scored a 0.35 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, which is way down from the 0.48 rating that the show recorded last Friday. Even with the rating decrease, the show still ranked #1 for the night on cable, beating out a NFL preseason game between the Tennessee Titans and the Atlanta Falcons. That game recorded 1.222 million viewers and a 0.29 demo rating on the NFL Network.
SmackDown was the company’s next show on the road to the Clash In Paris premium live event. The show featured Alexa Bliss, Carmelo Hayes, The Miz, Jacob Fatu, Solo Sikoa, JC Mateo, The Street Profits, Piper Niven, Chelsea Green, Sami Zayn, and many other names.
