WWE set to air a taped episode of WWE SmackDown to begin July.
PPG Paints Arena announced that the June 30th WWE Raw will double as a taping for WWE SmackDown.
This would indicate that the July 4th episode of WWE SmackDown will be a taped episode and not a live airing. WWE has no events scheduled for July 4.
