First Hour.

• Cody Rhodes appeared in the ring for a promo; however, he was interrupted by Oba Femi. Femi told Rhodes he was the future, then declared that Rhodes’s time was up and his time had begun. Rhodes then reminded Femi that he was the one to take Cena’s last world title match and said he would see Femi at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
• WWE United States Championship: Ilja Dragunov (c) def. Tommaso Ciampa (w/ Johnny Gargano & Candice LeRae).
  • #DIY attacked Dragunov after the match; however, Carmelo Hayes made the save.
• The Miz confronted Je’Von Evans backstage, setting up a match for later tonight.
• Wyatt Sicks called out The MFT, telling them to come and get the WWE Tag Titles if they wanted them. MFT responded with a video, saying they would get the belts next week.
