PW Torch reports that the May 24 episode of SmackDown recorded 2.147 million viewers. This is down slightly from the May 17 episode of the show, which recorded 2.186 million viewers.

Furthermore, the show recorded 0.56 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. This is down slightly from last week's 0.59 rating.

This show went head-to-head with the NBA playoff game between the Mavericks and the Timberwolves that aired on TNT. That show averaged 6.27 million viewers and a 1.99 rating in the key demographic. The show also faced competition from the NHL playoff game between the Panthers and Rangers that aired on ESPN, which drew 2.1M viewers and a 0.66 rating in the key demographic.
