Although WWE has had to release or furlough dozens of wrestlers and personnel, it's stock price has been slowly going up.
When the stock market closed on the afternoon of April 17, WWE's stock was at $40.54 per share, the highest it has been since March 10 when the stock price sat at $41.19 per share.
Despite the increase in WWE's stock this week, 2020 has not been a good year for the company's stock. At the closing of the stock market on January 2, WWE's stock sat at $64.22. The stock price on April 17, 2020 is still way down compared to what it was on April 18, 2019, which was $96.71 per share.
As noted by Fightful's Jeremy Lambert, WWE declared its quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share recently.
