WWE Trademarks "WWE's The Bump" For Broadcast Media Use

New WWE trademark filed.

On Sept. 16, WWE filed a trademark on "WWE's The Bump" for media use. The description reads as followed:

The Street Profits Become #1 Contenders For WWE Tag Team Titles On 4/19 WWE SmackDown

A show about professional wrestling; the production and exhibition of professional wrestling events rendered live and through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing wrestling news and information through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing information in the fields of professional wrestling through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing a website in the field of professional wrestling

WWE has yet to announce a new show or special event with the name "The Bump," so it is unclear what the trademark could pertain to. They are currently putting together an unnamed studio show that will debut on Fox Sports 1 sometime this year. PWInsider reported that the working title for the show is WWE Backstage

WWE has yet to apply for the trademark "WWE Backstage." They did trademark "WWE After The Bell" for broadcast media use on July 18.
