Damian Priest goes for the gold in Las Vegas!
After weeks of asking and hinting at wanting a WWE United States Championship match at SummerSlam, Sheamus has officially answered the challenge of Damian Priest and these two budding rivals will meet inside Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada at WWE SummerSlam 2021.
Priest defeated Sheamus on the July 26 episode of Monday Night Raw and would be on the winning end of a tag team match the following me and defeated John Morrison tonight before having the confidence to challenge the WWE United States Champion.
Sheamus has been nursing a broken nose and as such, has not defended his championship as much as a typical WWE United States Champion would.
Priest would say that Sheamus is a bully and he would deal with him the way he has dealt with other bullies in the past.
