WWE Universal Championship Match Set For WWE Roadblock

WWE Roadblock: End Of The Line has it's main event.

WWE United States Champion Roman Reigns will challenge WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens for Owen's title at the December pay-per-view event. Roman Reigns defeated Owens on Monday's episode of Raw to gain the championship opportunity.

Reigns has won all but one of the four televised matches between the two, dating back to October of last year. In all, the two have been involved in 16 televised matches with each other since 2015, although many were tag team affairs.

Reigns' United States Championship won't be on the line during the match. Owens will look to make his fourth successful defense of the Universal title since winning it in an elimination match on the August 29 episode of Raw.

WWE Roadblock: End of The Line takes place December 18 from the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
