WWE Unveil New Set, Pyro, Graphics, Intros For WWE Raw

A new era, and a new set.

WWE Raw's season premiere helped usher in a new era for the company, with their huge new TV deals coming into effect. This meant a major facelift for the show.

The WWE Raw set has been changed significantly, consisting of a quarter-pipe of video screens. At the base of the pipe was an area where the talent walks through, leading to a video floor.

There were other big changes, as well. Music was changed for WWE's intro "Then, Now, Forever" video that airs at the top of each program. Also, several graphics were updated and changed for Monday Night Raw.

Pyro has made a triumphant return, and has even been incorporated into the set itself. Flames were seen shooting from the new set in the WWE video, and Brock Lesnar had it featured in his entrance as well. WWE had severely scaled back on the use of pyro in recent years, saving it for major events and removing it from almost all regular entrances. WrestleVotes had revealed last week that the company would be bringing in new sets and pyro.
