WWE Updates Cesaro's Medical Condition, Says He Suffered A Cervical Strain On 9/3 WWE SmackDown

A medical update on Cesaro has been provided by WWE.

On the September 3 episode of WWE SmackDown, Cesaro was brutally assaulted by Seth Rollins following their match. Rollins applied the Glasgow Grin, hit a stomp, and systematically targeted the Swiss Superman's neck. All of this was done to provoke Edge, who soon after came out to rescue Cesaro when it appeared as though Rollins was about to hit another stomp onto a chair.
