X-Division Championship Changes Hands At IMPACT Against All Odds 2023

At IMPACT Against All Odds, Trey Miguel put his X-Division Championship on the line against Chris Sabin. The match featured numerous moves from past division greats, including a Styles Clash, Angel Wings, and Lethal Injection. Miguel seemed to have the match won after impairing Sabin's vision with spray paint, but the Motor City Machine Gun would fight back, hit Cradle Shock, and score the victory.

With this win, Sabin becomes at 9-time X-Division Champion. He has not held the title since dropping it to Austin Aries in January 2014. Miguel, on the other hand, sees his reign atop the X-Division end after 203 days.

Sabin's longtime tag team partner, Alex Shelley, will challenge Steve Maclin later in the night for the IMPACT World Championship.
