X-Pac Says Pills Found On Him Were Treatment For A Yeast Infection

X-Pac says he did not have any meth and questions the motives of his arrest.

Over the weekend, Sean Waltman (also known as X-Pac) was arrested for possession of controlled substances and intention of sale. Waltman had missed a wrestling appearance in London, England but reemerged on Tuesday to give his account of the events. On Tuesday he maintained he had not relapsed in his drug addiction and only admitted to the use of Cannabis. On Wednesday, TMZ Sports interviewed Waltman where he said the pills found on him were not the substance claimed in the police report.

"What they say is methamphetamine, I actually have a yeast infection, believe it or not for the better part of a year. I had some candida cleanse capsules that I got from vitamin world. Apparently the meth fairy came and turned them into crystal meth. That's the story," said Waltman.  "Once the lab work comes back, this should be all cleared up. In the meantime, what a mess," he added.

Candida is a type of yeast which can overgrow in the human body. Some treatments for candida include a supplement which can come in capsule form. On Tuesday, Waltman tweeted the following with a picture of the product in question.

Waltman also said the capsules were the only reason he was arrested, he suspected one individual especially wanted him arrested.

"That was the only way they could get anybody to take me, or else they were going to have to let me go. Well, this one guy was not going to have that. Now if they really think that was meth-like substance in there, or if they were trying to stick it to me, who knows," said Waltman.

As he did before, Waltman still says he understands if anyone doubts him because of his past drug use. He said he used to be too big of an addict to hide his use.

"I was one of the worst meth heads ever," said Waltman. "If I was back doing that, there's no way I can have the life I have now,  my life is amazing," he continued.

Waltman said he would discuss more about the events on his show X-Pac 1,2,360. Fightful Wrestling will be updating the story with any more details provided by Waltman or other parties.
