Xavier Woods posted a new video, which fans can see above, announcing the return of UpUpDownDown. Woods, through metaphors, discussed the rise of the channel, the dry period, and now the new era.

He did not give any indication of what will be happening as far as content goes. Channel staples such as Battle of the Brands and Uno were halted following the departure of DaParty members Tyler Breeze and Adam Cole.

The channel has not posted a new video in the past month. Recent uploads have focused solely on the launch of WWE 2K22.

Content slowed at the end of 2021 with Fightful Select reporting "many of the content creators associated with UpUpDownDown has stopped making content for the brand in solidarity with Xavier Woods, as they felt he was getting taken advantage of by a bad deal with UpUpDownDown."

Many regulars on UUDD including reigning champion Mia Yim, Tyler Breeze, Cesaro, Adam Cole, Dakota Kai, and Jessamyn Duke are no longer with WWE.

Woods remains active in the ring on WWE SmackDown, regularly teaming with Kofi Kingston, and as a host on G4.
