The next chapter of The Young Bucks and the Lucha Bros' story has unfolded.
The feud between The Young Bucks and Pentagon Jr. and Fenix continued on Saturday night at AAW's 'The Art Of War' show in Chicago, IL. Pentagon and Fenix were defending their AAW Tag Team Championships in a Triple-Threat Tag Team match against LAX (Santana and Ortiz) and Myron Reed and AR Fox. During the match, the lights went out and when they cut back on, The Young Bucks were standing across the ring from the Lucha Bros and delivered a few signature moves to Pentagon and Fenix that ultimately cost them the AAW Tag Team Titles.
Once the dust settled, Matt and Nick Jackson stepped back into the ring and issued the challenge to Pentagon Jr. and Fenix for AEW's 'Double Or Nothing' show on May 25th. Fenix took the microphone and pumped up the crowd but before he was able to give an official answer, both he and his brother were met with superkicks.
At the 'Double Or Nothing' ticket announcement party, the Lucha Bros attacked Matt and Nick Jackson and left them laying and when AAW tweeted out that The Young Bucks returned the favor, AEW co-Executive Vice President Cody tweeted the following:
