Young Bucks On Retirement: We’re Going To Do What We’ve Always Done And Treat Every Match Like Our Last
The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) might be closer to the end of their careers than the beginning, but they are still competing and performing at the highest level in AEW.
The brothers challenged for the AEW Tag Team Titles at AEW All In, taking on Christian Cage & Adam Copeland.
Ahead of the event, rumors swirled that this contract with AEW would be their last, though the Bucks never confirmed that.
Speaking to Justin Barrasso of Undisputed, they spoke on a potential retirement.
“We’re excited for the next several months of incredibly competitive matches with the most stacked tag division ever. Who knows how long we’ll continue to do it. But we’re going to do what we’ve always done and treat every match like it’s our last,” said Matt.
The Bucks were unsuccessful in regaining the Tag Team Titles and fans got a look at just how competitive the division is with Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin), FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler), and New Level (Austin Creed & Kofi) all entering the ring after the match.
