ZARIA Def. Tatum Paxley To Capture Women’s North American Championship On 6/9 WWE NXT
ZARIA puts an end to Tatum Paxley’s reign.
The main event of the June 9th episode of WWE NXT on The CW saw Tatum Paxley defend her Women’s North American Championship against ZARIA.
In what was a back-and-forth bout, ZARIA put Paxley away after hitting her with multiple F5s. ZARIA is now the new Women’s North American Champion. It is her first title in WWE.
Paxley had been champion since March. She had four successful defenses of the title before losing the belt to ZARIA.
ZARIA is a singles champion at the same time as her former partner, Sol Ruca. Ruca is on the Monday Night Raw roster and is the Women’s Intercontinental Champion.
