Zelina Vega: Giulia Is One Of My Favorite Opponents, I Loved Wrestling Her

Zelina Vega says that Giulia is one of her favorite opponents.

On the June 27th edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown, Giulia would defeat Zelina to become the third ever WWE Women’s United States Champion and since then, the pair have faced off on the August 1st edition of SmackDown as well as at a series of live events.

While speaking to Robbie and Carley in a new interview, Zelina spoke on how the women’s division of WWE continues to grow and add new stars and new firsts.

“Oh, that’s such a well said thing, because to be honest, I didn’t even know, even when I was the first Queen Of The Ring, I didn’t think there were many firsts left at that point. So to say that I have that is insane, but I feel like they find ways to continue making first ever. So it’s just, it’s so cool to see it evolve and it’s just, WWE is such a cool melting pot of all these beautiful cultures and people and backgrounds obviously with you know martial arts and just there’s there’s so many different people that bring something new to the table so I just love to see like even now I’m like I have so many other people that i can wrestle now like I love wrestling Giulia, like she became somebody  like you’re one of my favorite opponents like I had so much fun wrestling her, I haven’t gotten to wrestle Stephanie yet so there’s there’s a bunch of people that I still get to look forward to to working with but maybe Rhea kinda has a top spot.”
