On the March 30th episode of WWE Legends & Future Greats, Mickie James offered a critique of Zena Sterling's new gear after her match.
James said she liked the gear, but she lived through the Diva era and they fought hard to not have to wrestle in lingerie.
Sterling joked about the segment the following day.
Speaking on Busted Open After Dark, Sterling was asked what she learned from Mickie during her time on the show.
"The biggest thing she taught me was the gear side of things," she said.
Asked by Bully Ray if she understood Mickie's perspective, Zena replied, "I do. Absolutely, I see her perspective. I 100% respect her opinion and everything she told me about my gear. She showed me ways that you can go out there and be appealing to the audience without putting a bad image on the business."

Zena finished as the runner-up of WWE LFG season one. She is set to compete on season two.
