Zilla Fatu Feels His Journey To WWE Is Different From BirthRight’s Journey: “I Didn’t Rely On My Family’s Name, I Didn’t Rely On My Dad’s Legacy”

Zilla Fatu discusses BirthRight.
It was at NXT’s 2026 Halloween Havoc Premium Live Event that Zilla Fatu finished off his feud with BirthRight (Charlie Dempsey, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo, Arianna Grace, Lexis King & Uriah Connors).
Fatu defeated Dempsey in a ‘Very Nice, Very Evil’ Match and fought off Dempsey’s factionmates in the process.
Going into the show, Fatu appeared on Busted Open and spoke about the program with BirthRight and expressed that his journey to WWE is different than theirs.
“We have a different story, uce. I have a way different story from all these individuals in BirthRight. They don’t have The Main One’s story. I got here a different way. I didn’t rely on my family’s name. I didn’t rely on my dad’s legacy or none of that. I literally grinded on the independents and worked my way here. I got here, you know?”
On the 11/4 NXT, Fatu was invited to the ring by 17-time WWE World Champion John Cena and accepted a spot in the John Cena Classic.
