Zoey Serrano: I Still Get Comments Of ‘She’s Straight?’, I Love My Gays, But I Am Straight

Zoey Serrano says that while she may be straight, she still has love for her LGBT+ fans after fan speculation.

When the Pure Fusion Collective was formed in WWE several years ago, fans of the faction would label them as ‘The Lesbian Shield,’ given Shayna Baszler and Sonya Deville being a part of the LGBT+ community. This would lead to fans speculating about Zoey Serrano’s sexuality.

While speaking to DS Shin with Ring The Belle, Zoey Serrano would address the speculation and claims that she is lesbian, noting that she still to this day gets comments of ‘she’s straight?’, noting that while she loves her gays, she is in fact straight.

“All right, hold on. This will never die. Look, I love my gays. All right. I’m- I love you all. I am straight, though. I am going to put that out there. Because even to this day, when I post something with me and my husband, who you just met, I still get comments, she’s straight? I’m an ally. But I am straight, you know? Sorry, ladies.”
