WWE is once again plagued by injuries.
Coming off of a scary period that saw Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, Cesaro, John Cena, Sami Zayn, Nikki Bella and Hideo Itami all sidelined with injuries, the company is dealing with the bug again. We'll take a look at each individual talent
Bray Wyatt- As mentioned in our Rumors Are Flying update from yesterday, Wyatt sustained an ankle injury on Smackdown, which is a minor ankle sprain after rolling it. Wrestling Observer Radio reported that Wyatt is still hoping to work this weekend's live events.
Paige- Paige was pulled from the company's Australian live events due nerve issues in her back and shoulder, and will miss a couple of weeks before getting an evaluation on August 15.
Tyson Kidd- By all indications, he's not coming back, and is lucky to be alive. Teddy Hart indicated to me that Kidd may be interested in taking legal action against WWE.
Nikki Bella- It's being widely reported today, but four days ago Fightful.com noted that a source told us that Nikki Bella would be appearing on Smackdown when she returns to the ring. As noted, she's back to training, including with Shayna Baszler.
Luke Harper- In addition to Nikki Bella, we were told that Luke Harper would be appearing on Smackdown when he returns from a knee injury. Harper appeared at Rusev's wedding last weekend
Jimmy Uso- Jimmy Uso was expected to return this week on Smackdown, but that didn't end up going down. Jey performed without Jimmy during last week's show. It's unknown as to what is keeping Jimmy Uso sidelined.
Rosa Mendes- Not injured, but Rosa Mendes has been training for a return to the ring after having her first child.
Booker T- Not an in-ring talent, but Booker had elbow surgery a week ago, as we exclusively reported. He's hoping to be back on the pre-show panel in the next few weeks.
Tamina- Tamina is currently sidelined with a knee injury. Both the WWE and Tamina herself have been quiet on the subject. At 38-years old, Tamina could be at the end of her WWE career.
Emma- Little is known on Emma's status outside of the fact that she's sidelined "indefinitely."
