Hideo Itami vs Mustafa Ali
Itami is in control early, but Ali gets out of the ring for a breather, Itami quickly hitting him with a baseball slide. They get back in the ring and Ali shows off a lot of athleticism with a cartwheeel neckbreaker for a quick 2 count. Hideo hits a dragon screw then a series of punches and kicks that sends Ali into the corner then hits a drop kick and finishes with a running knee for the pin and the win.
Winner: Hideo Itami via pinfall with a running knee
-We get a video package for Bobby Roode as we come back, then a very good video package for Asuka and Bayley. We then get a video package and exclusive song by Of Mice & Men for Takeover.
-We come back from commercial with Regal and Billie Kay, saying she'll face Ember Moon who's set to debut.
Liv Morgan, Nikki Glenncross & Carmella vs Daria Berenato, Mandy Rose & Alexa Bliss
Bliss and Nikki start it off with a cross body for a quick 2 count then a dropkick that sends Alexa out of the ring. As we come back from commercial Liv is in control of Daria, Daria hitting a stiff right hand that knocks Liv down for a quick 2 count. Alexa gets tagged in and gets a quick 1 count then tags Daria back in and she tags in Mandy.
Liv tries to get to her corner, but Mandy applies some kind of unique submission then rolls her up for a 1 count. Mandy drops Liv with a running knee for a quick 2 count after knocking Nikki off the apron. Liv tags Daria back in and she hits a series of brutal knees and a right hand for a quick 2 count. Liv tags in Carmella who takes out Rose with a hurricanrrana then a kick for a pin, but Alexa breaks it up then Nikki takes her out, Daria spearing her out of the ring. Carmella applies the Code of SIlence out of no where for the tap.
Winner: Carmella via pinfall with the Code of Silence
-We get the interview with Samoa Joe and Shinsuke Nakamura. Joe is asked how excited he is and says he's very excited, Shinsuke saying the same thing, saying it's his first big main event and challenging for the title. Joe talks about how he isn't respected, saying he had to beat everyone to get to the belt. Joe says he wonders if Regal wants him to be champion. Shinsuke says he's serious about the match, his style is calm, he won't let the opportunity get to him.
Joe talks about Shinsuke training with him in LA, but Shinsuke doesn't remember. Joe says he respects what Shinsuke has done, but not sure about respecting him. Shinsuke says of course he does respect Joe. Joe says he's going to respect him, getting up, saying he's going to beat respect into him.
