This is the Fightful.com live coverage for tonight's episode of WWE NXT! Tonight after weeks of warring against them, but always coming up short to the numbers game, Tye Dillinger and No Way Jose team up with Roderick Strong in our main event to try and take out SANITY for good! We also have Oney Lorcan taking on Andrade Cien Alias and much more so be sure to come back here at 8PM EST for all of the action!
Andrade Almas vs Oney Lorcan
Lorcan goes right after Almas, but Andrade gets into the ropes for a break, then rolls around and poses like Naito when he runs at him. Almas goes out of the ring and Lorcan chases him around ringside before they get back in and Lorcan hits Almas with several clotheslines in the corner. Lorcan drops Almas with a clothesline from behind that sends him out of the ring, then Almas hits a backbreaker elbow drop combo once they're back in the ring. Almas runs at Lorcan and goes for a running knee, but stops as soon as he reaches him, then slaps him. Lorcan sends Almas out of the ring, then comes off of the steps, but Almas catches him and powerslams him onto the floor as we go to commercial.
We come back to Almas in control, stomping on Oney once he's back in the ring and standing on his hand before dumping him into the top turnbuckle. Almas chokes Oney in the ropes and stomps on him, then puts him in a side headlock before he gets to the ropes. Lorcan comes back and drops Almas repeatedly with clotheslines, then hits a blockbuster for a near fall. Lorcan hits Almas with several European uppercuts that sends him out of the ring, then Lorcan hits a senton off of the top rope before putting him back in the ring. Lorcan hits Almas with a series of running forearms and back elbows in the corner, then hits a half and half suplex that turns Almas inside out for a near fall.
Almas counters Lorcan trying to set him on the top rope and puts him on the top rope before hitting him with an overhand chop to the chest, then Lorcan knocks him off before Almas hits a Pele kick, then catches Lorcan coming in and hits him with a boot for a near fall. Almas then hits Lorcan with a running double knees in the corner, then a hammerlock DDT for the pin and the win.
Winner: Andrade Almas via pinfall
-We then have #DIY talking about their match for the NXT Tag Team titles next week, then another vignette for Alesteir Black.
Asuka vs Priscilla Zaniga
Asuka hits her with a roundhouse kick that nearly knocks her out, then Priscilla slaps her, Asuka smiling, then hitting her with a jumping hip attack and a series of kicks.Asuka then hits a dead lift release German suplex and a roundhouse kick for a near fall that Asuka herself breaks up. Asuka follows up with a series of knees to the gut, then another kick to the face that drops Zaniga before finishing with the Asuka lock for the tap and the win.
Winner: Asuka via submission
Tye Dillinger, No Way Jose & Roderick Strong vs SANITY (Eric Young, Killian Dane & Alexander Wolfe)
Strong and Wolfe start it off with Wolfe overpowering Strong until Strong backs him into his corner and tags in Tye. Tye tags in Jose and the faces keep Wolfe isolated in their corner, each taking turns coming in and doing some moves before Strong dropkicks Wolfe out of the ring, then takes out Dane and Young on the apron before diving over the top rope and taking Young and Wolfe out on the floor as we go to commercial.
Strong tags in Jose who's in control until he's sent to the apron and Nikki grabs his foot so Wolfe can hit him and he falls to the floor. SANITY beat on Jose in their corner for a quick two count, then Young comes in and takes out Tye on the apron. Jose tags in Strong who takes out SANITY on the apron, then hits Eric with a backbreaker for a near fall, but Dane breaks it up with a high angle senton. Chaos ensues and the referee calls for the bell ending in a no contest.
Winner: No one due to no contest
-After the match they brawl around the ring, then Tye stomps on Eric in the corner before Nikki jumps on his back, only for the former Crazy Mary Dobson to take her out. Jose, Strong and Tye then triple team Dane and send him over the top rope as we go off of the air.
