It was a light week for the main roster. The Raw crew had the entire week off the road before embarking on its portion of the two-week European tour, which starts Wednesday, November 1 in Glasgow, Scotland. Smackdown held a single live event, topped by AJ Styles defeating Jinder Mahal in a non-title match.
That put NXT in the spotlight and the developmental brand had some fun on some Halloween-themed shows, whether it was Nikki Cross dressing up as No Way Jose. The touring loop of NXT hit Iowa and Nebraska, with Drew McIntyre headlining in Triple Threats for the NXT Title against Adam Cole and Andrade Almas on all three cards.
Recent addition Donovan Dijak, who had been working simply as "Dijak" at previous live events, was billed under his real name -- Christopher Dijak.
