Chad Gable briefly comments on his actions.
In the main event of the April 15 episode of WWE Raw, Sami Zayn beat Chad Gable to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Gable turned on Zayn after the bell and ruthlessly attacked him.
The next day, Chad Gable took to Twitter/X to say that people should not kid themselves, as they would have done the same thing.

At one person seemingly understood Gable's actions; after WWE Raw went off the air, Xavier Woods tweeted that he got it.

Gable apparently snapped on Monday night after his latest in a series of setbacks. He made it clear that winning the WWE Intercontinental Championship meant a lot to him, and he lost to Gunther when "The Ring General" had the title. Gable then lost in the Gauntlet Match in which Zayn earned his title shot.
