Mustafa Ali: I Don't See Anyone On The Horizon That Can Come Close To What I'm Doing

Mustafa Ali is untouchable.

Mustafa Ali has been on his world tour since January, traveling from the United States to France, England to Canada, and everywhere in between. Ali has helped sell out shows whenever he's booked, and in the ring, he's not even getting a scratch on him.

With multiple titles already secured during his world tour, Ali was asked, is there anyone who can touch him?

"People are chirping me about this guy, Hiromu, talks to a cat or something. He's a big deal in Japan. He's coming over. 'He's going to be the one.' Okay. All these promotions are booking me against their 'top guys.' KC Navarro, Storm Grayson, Mr. Blackwood. All these guys...rightfully so, if you want to make an impression and you want people to talk about it, you go after the guy that everyone is talking about. I applaud their enthusiasm, but no, I don't see anyone on the horizon, under 200 pounds, I don't see anyone on the horizon that can come remotely close to what I'm doing. On the microphone, in the ring, presentation, promos, suits. It's me, that's it," Ali told Jeremy Lambert & Joel Pearl on In The Weeds.

Ali's next challenge will be Hiromu Takahashi at NJPW Windy City Riot on April 12.

He will then defend his X-Division Championship against Jake Something at TNA Rebellion on April 20.

Elsewhere during the interview, Ali discussed potential changes he would like to bring to the X-Division. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
