Joseph Conners Announced For Wrestle Carnival On 2/17, Plans To Move Forward With 'No Restrictions'

Joseph Conners plans on moving forward unchained.

Joseph Conners has been a part of the NXT UK roster working alongside Jinny. However, his most recent appearance in the ring saw him appear for the British Wrestling Revolution promotion, attacking Robbie X following his successful defense of the promotion's Heavyweight Championship against Joe Hendry

Following this, he released a promo on social media, revealing that he had grown disgusted with himself and what he had become, saying that he would never allow himself to feel such shame again.

"What can I say? How do I even begin? All I know is I was fully engaged in the process of becoming a shell before myself. When I looked at my own reflection and saw what was looking right back at me dead in the eyes. I could see that disgust. I could even feel that shame. You know the really profound part of all of this? I've no one to blame but myself, I let this happen. I allowed this to fester. I allowed this to grow. I allowed this to consume me. I allowed this to exist inside of me until it was fully formed.

I let it define me. What for? hoping that someone will say, 'Good job. Well done. Thank you, sir. Three bags full, sir. Please give me an opportunity. It's something I've worked for my entire life.' Never again will I be treated as a part of the furniture. Never again will I be made to feel disposable. Never again will I let somebody pick me up or for me into the street like a piece of common trash. This is the important one. Never again am I going to look in that mirror and see those eyes looking back at me and never again am I going to see that pay and that weakness and that shame and that sadness and not feel sorry for me bullshit. I'm Joseph fuckin' Conners, and that name means something. If you don't believe me, I dare you to tell me any differently."

Now, he is booked for Wrestle Carnival on February 17.
