The O.C. want the gold.
In recent weeks, The O.C. (Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows) have set their sights on the NXT Tag Team Championship. They made their intentions clear by attacking reigning champions Nathan Frazer and Axiom on the May 21 episode of NXT and posing with the titles.
In an NXT Exclusive, Gallows and Anderson commented on attacking Axiom and Frazer.
Luke Gallows: Of course, Sarah. We are NXT. We came here to cleanse NXT of all these main-roster nerds, and that’s exactly what we’ve done. Nathan [Frazer], Axiom, [laughs] you boys better lace up tight, right, Machine Gun? We’re coming.
Karl Anderson: We’re about to get in my big, huge truck, and we’re going home, and then we’re going to Las Vegas, and we’re gonna take the NXT Tag Team Championships.
Gallows and Anderson are two-time WWE Raw Tag Team Champions. They have also held tag team titles in TNA and NJPW.
