On December 1, WWE filed to trademark "Next In Line." As previously reported, this is the name of WWE's NIL program that was constructed to recruit and develop collegiate athletes into potential future Superstars.

WWE also filed for three ring-name-based trademarks on December 1. "Skull King," "Jinny," and "Xyon Quinn" were all trademarked. Jinny is a staple of the NXT UK women's division. Xyon Quinn (Daniel Vidot) is making waves on NXT 2.0, and Skull King refers to Triple H's cinematic alter ego.
