Hiroshi Tanahashi returns to AEW.
NJPW President Hiroshi Tanahashi was the mystery partner for Claudio Castagnoli & Daniel Garcia on the May 25th episode of AEW Collision. The trio defeated Lance Archer & The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch).
The finish saw Tanahashi hit Vincent with a slingblade followed by the High Fly Flow for the victory.
The forbidden door has been opened as Hiroshi Tanahashi joins Castagnoli & Garcia.

This was Tanahashi’s first match AEW since AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2023 when he lost to MJF in a match for the AEW World Title.
Tanahashi previously competed on the June 24, 2023 episode of AEW Collision, defeating Swerve Strickland.
