Live Coverage.

  • Tony Schiavone & Nigel McGuiness welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
  • IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley came to the ring and was immediately interrupted by Don Callis. Callis relieved his history with Moxley, including their brief partnership last year, throughout the past years. Callis said the worst secret in wrestling was that they were too much alike as sociopaths that feel nothing and he saw himself in Moxley. Callis tried to pitch himself and Moxley together, but Moxley told Callis he would need more of a commitment instead of the scar he had. This led to Konosuke Takeshita attacking Moxley from behind. Takeshita put a chair on Moxley's arm before pillmanizing Moxley's arm with a diving knee-drop. Takeshita continued to stomp away, but Claudio Castagnoli and Bryan Danielson made the save. Doctor Michael Samson checked on Moxley after the injury.
  • Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia & Hiroshi Tanahashi def. Lance Archer & The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch) via Pinfall (High Fly Flow by Tanahashi on Vincent).
  • A propaganda video package of AEW Executive Vice-Presidents and AEW Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson) was used to attack the characters of Bryan Danielson, Darby Allin & FTR.
  • The Lucha Bros (Rey Fenix & Penta El Zero Miedo) (w/ Alex Abrahantes, Mini Penta & Mini Fenix) def. The Gunns (Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn) via Pinfall (Fear Factor).
  • Arkady Unterleidner interviewed The Learning Tree (Chris Jericho & Big Bill), where Jericho talked about his match at Double Or Nothing. Bryan Keith interrupted and said it was not the last Jericho would see of him.
  • Kyle O'Reilly def. KM via Submission (Juji Gatame Arm Bar).
  • A video package recapped Mercedes Moné's road to AEW Double Or Nothing ahead of her debut match against Willow Nightingale for the TBS Championship.
  • TBS Champion Willow Nightingale appeared in the ring for a promo, where she said it was being in Las Vegas for AEW's 5th Anniversary. Willow admitted that she kept thinking about Mercedes Moné grabbing the TBS Title on last night's AEW Rampage, saying that she and Moné were past the point of respect and promised to make Moné recall the days she was on the shelf, saying she would be damned if AEW Double Or Nothing was the night where her title reign ends because she was just getting started. She finalized her statements by saying that she would prove to Mercedes Moné that the better wrestler was Willow Nightingale.
  • Renee Paquette interviewed Trent Beretta backstage, where he said he had everything he needed to say about Orange Cassidy and promised to show the world something he had known the whole time. Rocky Romero met with Beretta, where he told him that he hoped there was a way they could do all of this in the past, but Beretta said there was no way that was happening.
  • Fatal Four Way Tag Match: House of Black (Buddy Matthews & Brody King) def. The Infantry (Carlie Bravo & Shawn Dean) vs. Gates of Agony (Kaun & Toa Linoa) (w/ Brian Cage) & The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens & Max Caster) (w/ Billy Gunn) via Pinfall (Cannonball/ Sliding Dropkick combo from Brody King & Buddy Matthews on Carlie Bravo).
  • Adam Copeland cut a promo backstage, where he said Malakai Black took the one thing that kept him sane, but admitted that Black made him look for the version that only has a devil on his shoulder and no angels to be found. Copeland started to imagine himself in The House of Black as Black's dream, but this was reality and their currency was only in nightmares. Copeland then mentioned the idea of "The House of Blood" before concluding his thoughts by saying this: "When you truly see evil in a man's eyes, it's already too late".
  • A promo from AEW Women's Champion Toni Storm aired addressing people like Serena Deeb, saying that sometimes bad things can happen. Storm said she would make Deeb suffer for once and promised to make Deeb feel like her life had no meaning.
  • Mariah May def. Leyla Hirsch via Pinfall (May Trigger).
  • Lexy Nair interviewed Serena Deeb backstage ahead of her match against Toni Storm for the AEW Women's Title. Deeb promised to stretch Storm limb by limb and win the Women's Title, saying Storm's time as champion was up.
  • A video package narrating the feud between Swerve Strickland and Christian Cage aired. Cage said in the video he needed to make Strickland pay for the crimes he committed against Nick Wayne and take part of Strickland week-by-week, while Strickland said he would prove why he has been trusted as the face of AEW.
  • Bryan Danielson & FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) def. Total Nonstop Arseholes (Satnam Singh, Jeff Jarrett, & Jay Lethal) (w/ Sonjay Dutt & Karen Jarrett) via Pinfall (Busaiku Knee from Bryan Danielson on Jeff Jarrett).
    • Bryan Danielson & FTR cut a promo after the match, where Cash Wheeler declared that he would be willing to die for AEW and declared that wrestling is better off because of All Elite Wrestling.
